Whowart refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 8 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products. Likewise, if you feel the product quality isn’t up to standard (please read more about this in quality assurance) you will need to provide us with photo evidence.

If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • You are unhappy with the size of the poster. We provide detailed size guides, please use them before completing your order

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Whowart (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of whowart.com

Damaged Product

We send all of our posters in a secure tube, likewise our poster frames are secured using the appropriate packaging. These incidents rarely happen, but if they do we will work with yourself, the delivery company to resolve the issue. You might be entitled to a refund on behalf of the delivery company.

You can request a refund within 8 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) has expired. You can do this by sending an email to whow@whowart.com. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.​ ​

Exchanges ​

 

If for whatever reason you want to exchange your product, for example for another poster. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Do not return your purchase to us unless we give you permission to do so.
